Terms of Service
These terms apply to Needt Budget, the web app at budget.needt.app, operated by Maksym A., Kravchyka 4, Lutsk 43000, Ukraine (“we”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.
1. The service
Needt Budget is a web app (installable as a PWA) for personal bookkeeping. It records the operations you enter or import, sorts them, and shows plans and totals. It is not a bank: it cannot move money and has no payment, transfer or trading function. Nothing in it is investment or financial advice.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Needt Budget. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts created before paid plans were introduced stay free (“legacy” access).
3. Plans and prices
New accounts need a paid plan. Prices are shown on the website and on the checkout page before you pay.
- Yearly — $4 per year. The subscription renews automatically every year until you cancel it.
- Founder lifetime — $19 once. One payment, no renewal: access for the lifetime of the product, including all updates. Offered for a limited number of accounts.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem sells the plan to you, takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax and issues the invoice. Creem’s own terms apply to the purchase. We never see or store your card details.
5. Cancelling the yearly plan
You can cancel at any time in the app — Profile or Billing → “Manage or cancel subscription”, which opens Creem’s customer portal — or directly in the Creem customer portal. After cancelling, the subscription does not renew and you keep access until the end of the year you already paid for. Apart from the refund right below, there are no partial refunds for the remaining period. If a renewal payment fails, access ends at the end of the paid year.
6. Refunds
Within 14 days of any purchase you can ask for a full refund — no questions asked. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account. When a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends. Your data is kept and you can still sign in and export it.
7. Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time as JSON (the whole account) or CSV (operations) under Settings → Export — also without an active plan. Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete account; it is removed immediately, together with all its data. You can also ask at [email protected]. Safety copies of the database made before updates stay on our server until they are replaced; on request we also remove your data from them. 8. Acceptable use
Do not use Needt Budget for anything unlawful, do not try to break or probe its security, and do not scrape or automatically collect data beyond your own account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
9. Availability and liability
Needt Budget is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Check important figures yourself. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability where the law forbids such a limitation.
10. Changes to these terms
We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
